What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead people, culture, and DEI initiatives in an international environment where I can build scalable HR processes, partner closely with leaders, and create inclusive employee experiences.

At TEAM International, I partner with teams of around 45 employees across five international locations, supporting employee relations, performance reviews, career development, retention, and onboarding.

I led the rollout of a global DEI policy and engagement initiatives that reached 40–45% participation across European teams. I also design corporate policies, deliver interactive training and webinars, and support employee relocation across EU locations.

Previously at EverC, I built the Kyiv HR function and helped scale the office from 5 to 23 employees. I bring experience in people analytics, HR compliance, coaching, culture development, wellbeing, and organizational change.
