As an HR People Partner with extensive experience in managing the full employee life cycle, I am passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. My journey in human resources began with a solid foundation in recruitment and has evolved into a strategic role where I implement HR policies and optimize processes to support organizational goals.
