I’m looking for roles where I can translate business requirements into scalable no-code/low-code CRM solutions—owning end-to-end logic, migrations, integrations, and UAT—while collaborating with cross-country stakeholders to reduce operational time and improve clarity.

I am an experienced Business Analyst with a PhD in Technical Sciences and 6+ years of experience in IT, specializing in business analysis, process optimization, and no-code/low-code CRM solutions. I work with enterprise clients across multiple domains—including banking, telecom, and food—and have successfully led 15+ projects from requirements gathering to UAT. I design and deliver custom logic, migrations to newer system versions while preserving and enhancing client-specific logic, and integrations that ensure seamless data exchange and automation.

I combine analytical problem-solving with clear stakeholder communication to improve business outcomes, reduce operational time, and provide clients with transparent, structured processes.
