I support Volvo’s HR systems by analyzing business needs, configuring SAP SuccessFactors changes, and maintaining integrations with SAP HR and other systems.
I facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support change management and user adoption, and work with global stakeholders and key users to deliver stable, effective HR solutions. My experience spans HR administration, HR systems analysis, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, SQL, Power BI, and data analysis.
I also teach advanced psychometrics and research methodology at SWPS University, including ANOVA, regression, and t-tests. With a Business Psychology background, I enjoy structured problem-solving, data-driven work, and expanding my technical and analytical knowledge.
