At Capgemini, I act as Market Coordinator for an international financial market project, supporting stakeholders through transitions to new releases and requirements while coordinating implementation across teams.
I manage the project backlog, requirements, and documentation in Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. I also designed and developed an interactive Power BI dashboard with live data integration for management reporting, progress tracking, and resource analysis.
At ITTI, I participated as a Business Analyst and Project Manager in international EU research and development projects, including SILVANUS and HERMES. I gathered and analyzed partner requirements, maintained project documentation, and collaborated with technical and UX/UI teams.
For these projects, I supported UX/UI design with mockups and prototyping in Figma, prepared demo and training materials, and presented software at international meetings and conferences. I hold AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner certifications.
