I process new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy issuance across 48 states while applying underwriting and ISO guidelines. I use Guidewire to maintain accurate documentation, monitor policy status, complete quality reviews, and meet service-level targets in a high-volume environment.
Previously at Assurant Insurance and Farmers Insurance, I supported underwriting operations, coordinated outstanding documentation, investigated claims, evaluated damages, negotiated settlements, and identified potential fraud indicators.
