What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, systems, network support, or data-focused role where I can resolve user issues, maintain reliable systems, automate data tasks, and help teams use digital tools effectively.

I've supported hotel and consulting environments at Nino Luxury Hotel, Josto Apartment and Suites Hotel, and Pillarcraft Accounting and Cloud Solution Experts, resolving hardware, software, network, and access issues. I maintain systems, servers, connectivity, user support, endpoint security, and IT resources.
