At NIIT, I supported students, customers, and users with computer and system issues, assisting approximately five users per day. I installed and configured software, set up computers and user accounts, and troubleshot Windows, hardware, printers, networks, and routers.
For my Sales Data Analysis project, I cleaned and analyzed a Kaggle sales dataset using Python/Pandas, SQL, and Excel. I examined revenue, sales, product performance, profitability, customer demographics, and regional performance, then created visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings.
With a two-person team, I co-developed and demonstrated a functioning Arduino-based smart waste-management prototype. I wrote and implemented system code for proximity-based lid opening and capacity detection that prevented the lid from opening when the bin was full.
I also independently developed a functioning desktop operating-system prototype using SQL, and completed academic projects in web development and fitness tracking. I hold a BSc in Computer Technology from Babcock University and have earned data analytics and Python certifications.
