What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote IT Support, Technical Support, and Help Desk opportunities where I can troubleshoot systems, support users, maintain network infrastructure, and reduce operational interruptions.

I'm currently supporting Viewpoint Signature Hotel by diagnosing network and internet issues, configuring routers, switches and wireless access points, and assisting staff and guests with daily IT needs.

At Edo Heritage Hotel, I maintained hotel management, point-of-sale and back-office systems; supported LAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV and access-control systems; and prepared uptime and downtime reports for management. I also performed software updates and backups, configured smart-door and smart-safe systems, and trained staff on IT tools.

My earlier hotel supervision and teaching experience strengthened my customer service, communication, training and problem-solving skills. I hold a Diploma in Computer Engineering and a Cisco certificate in Operating System and Computer Hardware.
