As Owner's Representative, I coordinated architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and ownership through a $30 million modernization project. I also managed budgets, capital expenditures, preventive maintenance, vendors, tenant improvement projects, and cross-functional teams.

Today, I operate Hacienda Eterna Primavera in Puerto Rico, managing guest experience, reservations, revenue strategy, maintenance, branding, website content, and digital marketing for a boutique hospitality business.

Through Visible PR, I help hospitality and short-term rental owners strengthen brand positioning, operational systems, guest communication, SEO content, websites, and direct booking opportunities. My foundation includes hospitality and restaurant leadership roles with Hyatt Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Fidelity Investments, and independent restaurant operations.
