I’m targeting commercial real estate roles in Chicago and New York.

At Parking Advisors, I oversaw asset management for a $300MM+ portfolio of 25 income-producing assets and built valuation models to support institutional clients’ acquisition, disposition, and value-add decisions.

I also built and deployed an AI-driven data pipeline using Claude to automate monthly reporting across four parking technology platforms, saving each analyst 1–2 hours of recurring work each month. I presented portfolio performance trends and value-creation recommendations during monthly client review calls.
