Owned and operated a third-party asset management company, overseeing a 450,000 square foot suburban office park in Greenville, South Carolina. Responsibilities included leasing, tenant relations, capital projects, branding, and amenitization of the office park.

Responsible for asset-managing a 3 million square foot office, industrial, and mixed-use portfolio in the Carolinas. Created over $150 million of value by repositioning and stabilizing value-add investments, and sold over $400 million of real estate.
