I'm currently supporting Salesforce configuration, CRM data management, user access, and day-to-day platform needs as a Salesforce Administrator Intern at LC Studio.

I've configured end-to-end Sales Cloud and Service Cloud projects for organisations including Mzansi GreenTech Solutions, CloudSphere Technical Support, and Shipwrights Ltd. My work includes case management, Email-to-Case, Omni-Channel, Flows, validation rules, role hierarchies, sharing rules, multi-currency, reports, dashboards, Contracts, and Orders.

For the FuturePath Employment Hub capstone, I helped build a youth employment platform using Salesforce as the data platform and Flutter as the mobile front end. I modelled applicants, training programmes, employers, and job opportunities, and integrated approved Salesforce records with Google Sheets for the app.

I also bring four years of CRM and client-facing experience from property sales and property management. I'm a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator with 16 Superbadges, 205+ Trailhead badges, 102,000+ Trailhead points, and Double Star Ranger status.
