What I'm looking for
I am a Salesforce APAC Senior Administrator with deep technical expertise and a strong foundation in Human Resources. I lead Salesforce deployments and optimizations across regions, partnering with functional leaders and subject matter experts to deliver user-focused CRM solutions.
In my current role at Fluidra SA I serve as primary system administrator, handling day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the CRM platform while acting as a functional and technical consultant. I coordinate development requests, write user stories, and work closely with solution architects and developers through testing and deployment.
I have led data quality and governance initiatives, built dashboards and KPIs, delivered end-user training, and facilitated forums to drive adoption and continuous improvement. I have contributed to Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud implementations and maintained platform health and governance frameworks.
