I’m looking for a Salesforce role where I can own CRM automation and configuration, translate stakeholder needs into user stories, and deliver reliable, data-quality-focused solutions in Agile teams.

I’m a Salesforce Consultant and CRM specialist who delivers Salesforce configuration, automation, and business process improvements in Agile environments. I gather requirements from stakeholders, translate business needs into user stories, and build declarative solutions using Flows, custom objects, fields, and permission sets. I’m recognized for strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration, especially when working with remote, cross-functional teams.

In my recent role as a Salesforce Administrator at FullFunnel, I configured Salesforce features—including custom objects, fields, Flows, validation rules, and automation—to improve operational scalability and reliability. I investigated and resolved system and workflow issues, coordinated fixes with technical and engineering teams, and supported platform onboarding and configuration updates. I also developed dashboards and reports for better operational visibility and maintained technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and operational processes.

Previously, as a Salesforce Developer at Redigitised, I designed workflow automation, CRM enhancements, and system integrations, including API integrations and data migration between Salesforce and external systems. At BlueSky, I worked as a Salesforce Developer / Tester, building data models, validation rules, and automation workflows while supporting system testing, debugging, and end-user adoption (earning multiple Salesforce Superbadges). Earlier experience includes building backend services with Java and Spring Boot, creating QA support with Vaadin and MongoDB, and providing service desk incident resolution—giving me a practical, end-to-end mindset for shipping reliable solutions.
