I'm looking for a virtual assistance, administrative support, business operations, or project coordination role where I can manage tasks, customer communication, scheduling, records, and deadlines using digital tools.

I've managed daily operations for a home-based baking business since 2020, handling customer inquiries, order processing, scheduling, and delivery coordination.

I communicate with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and social media to confirm orders and provide timely updates. I also coordinate suppliers, ingredients, packaging, inventory, expenses, and business documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
