What I'm looking for

I want to contribute to organizational growth through customer service, communication, and leadership. I’m looking for a role where I can keep learning, support clients effectively, and help the team achieve collective success.

I’m a customer service professional who handles inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. In remote roles, I supported clients by answering questions clearly, resolving issues efficiently, and helping with scheduling and managing healthcare transportation.

I also train and work as a virtual assistant, focused on administrative support and smooth client communication. My Virtual Assistance Training covered calendar management, email handling, and client communication, using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, and Zoom.

Alongside service work, I’ve led music teams and taught classes—working as a Music Teacher / Class Teacher and serving as Music Director / Keyboardist across multiple church, school, and production settings. I bring direction, composition, and performance skills to every role, from choir and band leadership to live production work.

I communicate confidently in English, Igbo, and Yoruba, and I’m known for strong problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. I’m motivated to keep learning, strengthen my leadership, and contribute to collective success.
