I’m looking for a role where I can handle customer questions by chat, email, and phone, keep accurate records, and work with a team that values reliability, follow-up, and problem-solving.

I’ve supported customers through professional tele-collection at Summit Finance Limited, handling 60+ daily customers, documenting outcomes, and following up on account matters. I’m comfortable managing sensitive conversations with patience while keeping accurate records for timely review.
