I'm a technical professional based in Montreal with a background spanning IT administration, SaaS platform support, and ecommerce operations. I currently work at Shopify supporting enterprise Shopify Plus merchants through API integrations, storefront configurations, automation workflows, and engineering escalations. Prior to that I was an IT Administrator managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, AWS and GCP environments, and automation scripts that measurably reduced ticket volume and improved system reliability.
Technically I'm comfortable with REST and GraphQL APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Liquid, Git, and cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, and Azure. I have working knowledge of application log analysis, relational databases, and SaaS tooling including Klaviyo, Gorgias, and the broader Shopify app ecosystem. Outside of work I build independent projects - a trading bot on AWS EC2, a consumer web app on Next.js with DynamoDB and Twilio, and a Chrome extension that automates resume generation via the Claude API.
