I'm a second-year Economics student at Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College, bringing hands-on experience in insurance operations, customer service, sales, and shift management.

At Clal Insurance's Health Insurance Department, I managed ongoing communication with private customers and insurance agents on policy matters. I supported customer onboarding by testing new policies, modifying existing policies, and working with insurance software in detail-oriented month-end shifts.

Previously, at Miniso, I managed retail shifts of approximately 100 transactions while working toward daily sales goals. I handled cash-register opening and closing, inventory counts, employee training, promotions, and store presentation.

I'm fluent in Hebrew and English, with a TOEFL score of 102, and I use Python, Google Colab, AI tools, C#, SQL, Microsoft Office, and DaVinci Resolve.
