At Duotone Pro Center Urla, I handle bookings, changes, complaints, refunds and after-sales questions from guests arriving from more than 30 countries. I’ve spent 10 years in front-line customer service, and around 9 in 10 guests who start with us come back.

Since 2020, I’ve managed the center’s 12-person team and its seven-day operation. I also onboarded the whole center onto Plannivo and trained instructors and office staff to use it.

I designed and built Plannivo, a booking and school management platform with online bookings, payments, scheduling and warranty tracking. It ran through a full season at Duotone Pro Center Urla with real customers and staff, and I used their feedback to fix issues and train users.

I’m looking for a full-time remote role in customer support, customer success, onboarding or booking operations. I bring hands-on experience supporting customers and a developer’s understanding of the product behind their questions.
