What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can grow DACH pipeline through consultative lead qualification, discovery calls, and market insight—while partnering with sales to win new ECM/DMS customers and continue improving performance through campaigns and events.

I’m a Business Development Representative focused on prospecting and acquiring new opportunities across the DACH region, with a primary focus on Germany, for Document Management (DMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) software solutions. I qualify leads, run discovery calls with Account Executives, and turn ongoing market and trend analysis into actionable business leads.

Before Doxis, I supported customer projects and expanded a client portfolio as a Consultant, building long-term relationships and driving new customer acquisition. I also gained recruiting experience through internships, including job advertisement creation, interview participation, and onboarding coordination, and I’ve been recognized with ★ “Team Excellence 2025” for achieving 130% of the year-to-date meeting target and 110% of the year-to-date opportunity target.
