At Ivy Farms, I handled customer requests by phone, email, and chat, recording each interaction in HubSpot CRM. I also tracked a cross-team product issue through resolution with the production team and kept the customer updated at each step.

When a teammate was away, I covered a two-week increase in daily interactions while meeting response-time targets. I also made outbound follow-up calls on open issues and pending requests so customers knew what to expect next.

At Hit Rate Solutions, I supported customers across phone, chat, and ticketing, meeting SLA and response-time targets. I documented actions and resolutions and followed open requests through to closure.
