As CEO of Humble Tech (2018–Present), I oversee daily operations and business growth while managing technical repairs and client services efficiently. I lead a small team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction, keeping work organized and responsive in day-to-day execution.

Before that, I built a foundation in customer-facing and team leadership roles: I managed sales operations and staff schedules at Austin Boutique (2015–2016), and I delivered excellent customer service as a waiter at Flat 4 Hotel (2017–2018), including event organization and guest coordination. I’m disciplined, dependable, and comfortable working with minimal supervision—always focused on excellence and driving positive change.
