At Everseen, I lead the Project and Program Management Team (PMO) as Product Release Manager. I also hold the title of Senior Manager, Product Release Program Management.
At Victory Square Partners, I led a project team of up to 15 team members covering different areas of expertise for a US customer. At Ness Digital Engineering Timisoara, I led project teams of up to 40 team members across different customer products and divisions.
Earlier, I managed development projects on several ACI products in accordance with ACI project management methodology and process development life cycle. At Alcatel-Lucent, I worked on an R&D communication interface for the ASG Services Team and created implementation documents and integration and validation test lists.
