At Centric IT Solutions Romania, I lead an organization of about 30 engineers across multiple Scrum teams. I coordinate strategic technical initiatives with engineering, architecture, product leadership, and R&D stakeholders.
I also coordinate Centric Romania’s AI program, shaping its strategy with company architects and coordinating pillars that include the learning program and autonomous delivery with AI. My work includes roadmap planning, cross-team dependencies, resource planning, and delivery alignment.
Before becoming Group Lead, I coordinated delivery across engineering teams as Team Leader & Scrum Master, and managed enterprise software initiatives as Project Manager at Softvision (Cognizant). I began my career as an iOS Software Developer, developing and maintaining enterprise iOS applications.
