What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead web, mobile, and AI product delivery end to end, coordinating cross-functional teams, improving Agile processes, and using AI automation to reduce delivery risk and project administration.

At Innovative MOJO, I manage up to 17 client website projects at once, taking delivery from kickoff through domain setup, hosting, pre-launch checks, and go-live.

I coordinate development, design, and QA teams across web, mobile, and AI product builds. I run sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives in Jira and ClickUp, own requirements and weekly reporting, and negotiate scope while clearing blockers early.

At Bricklix, I built a delivery process from scope definition and timelines through handover, introduced sprint reporting and a risk log, and led client onboarding and progress reviews. I also map user flows in Excalidraw and step in hands-on when team capacity is tight.

My development background includes building Flutter and Dart apps at Studio 93, integrating RESTful APIs and JSON data flows while owning complex features, bug fixes, and QA passes. I use AI daily for requirement drafting, documentation, and reporting to reduce project admin time.
