At InvoZone, I lead end-to-end project lifecycle initiatives, from gathering business requirements and drafting BRDs to coordinating development teams and platform integrations. I led development of a custom internal business platform while managing customization and deployment of a new ERP system.

At Developers Studio (Programmers Force), I managed the full lifecycle of a core global product and coordinated work across Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Product Design. I also worked with sales and marketing on external communications and the commercial launch.

At DevStudio, I managed up to five concurrent projects, serving as the client point of contact and maintaining Jira boards. My project work also includes a ReactJS and NodeJS e-commerce platform, and an Adobe XD prototype for a mental health app called ‘Kalm’.
