At University of Redlands, I answered prospective students’ and families’ questions, guided them through admissions, and gave campus tours. I also tracked applicant outreach in Slate CRM while following confidentiality requirements.
As a Student Lead, I ran outbound call campaigns, wrote scripts and workflow documentation, and trained the student team on call procedures. I worked with Counselors, Financial Aid, Graduate Admissions, and Enrollment Leadership to keep applicants informed.
I co-planned Discover Redlands and built the event-day schedule for Decemberfest, coordinating staff coverage for the 4-day counselor tour. At Oakwood University, I answered incoming calls, directed visitors, and provided administrative support to counselors.
I'm currently the Founder & Operator of Tufted Wonderland, where I produce custom rugs and textile products from design through fulfillment. I source materials, manage customer communication and invoicing, and track expenses and sales.
