What I'm looking for
I’m currently working at California Baptist University, where I support students and visitors through both library front-desk service and admissions outreach. I’m finishing my Bachelor of Arts with a Major in Christian Behavioral Science and I bring a people-first mindset to every interaction.
As an Admissions Tour Guide, I lead prospective students and families on campus tours, create materials for prospective students, and answer questions and calls at the University Admissions Front Desk. I focus on making complex information easy to understand and ensuring each family feels welcomed and confident about the next step.
I also have experience supporting campus life through my Residence Life Intern (Resident Advisor) role, where I worked with staff and residents and enforced policy. In the Financial Aid Office Student Worker position, I strengthened my customer service skills through calls, emails, and in-person support while handling filing and scanning.
Beyond campus, I’ve worked freelance at James Events, setting up and tearing down events and running game, food, drink, and prize booths while supporting DJ game staff. I previously worked at Panera Bread in front-of-house and drive-thru customer service, which reinforced my ability to stay calm, accurate, and helpful in fast-paced environments.
