At Mutunzakisa Property Dealers Limited, I managed money-lending and credit operations, including client acquisition, credit assessment, loan administration, and collections. I helped establish 7 branches and developed a client base of more than 100 clients per branch.
I contributed to approximately UGX 100 million in profit from UGX 100 million input during the last year. I also improved operational controls that helped reduce fraud and strengthened cash-flow and record-management practices.
At Mutunzakisa Property Dealers Limited, I also managed residential and commercial property operations, from finding tenants and administering tenancy agreements to collecting rent and resolving tenant-landlord disputes. Earlier, I worked there as a cashier and completed an accounting internship at UGANDA ELECTORAL COMMISSION after studying accounting at MAKERERE UNIVERSITY BUSINESS SCHOOL.
