At Centenary Bank, I supported customer account opening by checking identification documents, photographs, and registered phone numbers. I also verified signatures and helped resolve discrepancies.

I assisted with dormant account, fixed deposit, cheque book requisition, and Cente Junior account processes, and organized banking records according to branch procedures. I answered customer enquiries and referred complex cases to the right bank officers.

I reviewed and organized customer documentation for credit processes, applying my credit appraisal training to assess repayment capacity and creditworthiness. I’m studying Microfinance and Community Development at Uganda Martyrs University, where my in-progress research project examines microfinance institutions and household economic welfare in Uganda.
