AI systems architect building production-grade document intelligence and agentic orchestration systems for real-world operational problems.

My primary work is Rasy OCR, a 24/7 autonomous document intelligence pipeline deployed on Alibaba Cloud. A PydanticAI orchestrator routes specialized worker agents across frontier models — Grok for Thai handwriting recognition, Gemini and GLM for structured extraction — and outputs schema-validated JSON for downstream systems. It runs headlessly around the clock without manual intervention. The target: Thai handwritten customs and shipping documents, one of the hardest OCR problems due to non-Latin script combined with handwriting variance.

I built this system because I spent two years at Geodis doing the work it automates. As an Operations Specialist in Export/Import Documentation, I managed high-volume international shipment documentation and bilingual Thai/English data validation. I redesigned the customs declaration workflow and cut processing time from 1–3 days to ~24 hours. I also resolved persistent documentation disputes between the Thai BPO division and international branches by taking ownership of the interface between teams. That turnaround earned me an offer for a role one level below the division director.

Before Geodis, I built Precious House's entire project-lifecycle operation from zero — no team, no SOPs, no historical data. I designed the business logic, authored all procedures, bootstrapped the vendor network, and owned execution end-to-end as Executive Operations Director.

I've also built algorithmic trading infrastructure bridging Python/TensorFlow to MetaTrader 5 for backtesting and live execution, grounded in self-study of the CQF and ARPM curricula.

What makes me different: I've personally done the manual work my AI systems automate. I know what "correct" looks like for a Thai customs declaration because I've validated thousands by hand. That domain knowledge is the difference between an AI demo and a production system that holds up under real documents and real deadlines.
