I'm an Operations and Data professional with nearly 2 years of experience at Thai Tourism Development, where I managed end-to-end operations, built data reporting systems, and led process improvement initiatives that delivered measurable business results.

On the data side, I work with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to extract insights from operational datasets and build dashboards that support decision-making. One of my key achievements was analyzing booking data to build demand forecasting models that stabilized profit margins from a volatile 17% to a consistent 20%+.

On the operations side, I've overseen 20–100 concurrent daily activities, coordinated 30+ suppliers, maintained a 90% on-site issue resolution rate, and led a full SOP redesign covering Supplier Management, Reservation Systems, and Customer Service workflows. I also led an API integration project connecting external booking platforms (Klook, DMC) with our internal system, eliminating manual data entry and improving reporting accuracy.

I hold a Bachelor's degree in English for Business Communication from Sripatum University (GPA 3.73) and am comfortable working in both Thai and English environments.
