Appointed Interim CTO during a critical growth phase, translating business objectives into sequenced execution plans and owning technology roadmap governance, standards, and risk resolution. Established and scaled the Regional PMO from 4 to over 20 Project Managers across a 5-market ASEAN insurance portfolio, owning the governance model, standards, and delivery quality controls. Held end-to-end accountability for a regional digital transformation roadmap spanning a new Core Insurance Platform, Regional Mobile Application, and Customer Web Portal.

Held full P&L accountability for a global technology services delivery portfolio ranging from under $100K to over $10M per engagement across Financial Services and Healthcare clients. Scaled the global service delivery team from a handful to almost 40 architects and engineers worldwide, owning hiring, onboarding, training, and development.

Led the regional migration of critical Actuarial, Compliance, and Risk infrastructure to Microsoft Azure across two markets, delivered on time and in full regulatory compliance. Built the cloud engineering team and a Cloud Governance Framework embedding cost controls and compliance checkpoints into delivery, reducing annual regional cloud spend by approximately 20%.

Led a regional team of 20+ IT professionals and directed the standardisation of infrastructure across 250+ branches, on time and within budget. Owned day-to-day IT operations across the branch network and spearheaded a geographically dispersed DR plan in compliance with BNM Technology Risk Management guidelines.
