What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can lead community-focused projects, build local capacity, and work with partners and local authorities to deliver inclusive, sustainable development outcomes.

I am a dedicated community development practitioner with over 10 years of hands-on experience implementing rural NGO projects across Cambodia, focusing on disability inclusion, ECCD, WASH, nutrition, and livelihoods. I excel at coordinating with local authorities, partners, and communities to deliver measurable outcomes.

My work has included managing Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR), school WASH and ECCD programs, income-generation support, and nutrition rehabilitation; I have designed and delivered training, established and coached self-help groups, and overseen monitoring, budgeting and reporting.

I bring strong facilitation, counseling, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement skills, with proven experience in project planning, monitoring & evaluation, and community capacity building to empower marginalized groups and improve local services.
