I am a Cambodian legal researcher and international consultant with multidisciplinary experience in legal and policy research, governance, development programmes, monitoring and evaluation, stakeholder engagement, and evidence-based reporting.
My professional work combines legal analysis with practical development research and programme support. I have contributed to research and consulting assignments involving youth civic engagement, governance, land and natural-resource issues, community participation, digital monitoring, humanitarian assistance, and sustainable development. I have experience coordinating with civil society organisations, development partners, communities, and other stakeholders, as well as producing research, analytical reports, policy-oriented documents, and technical content.
I have also supported digital post-distribution monitoring through mobile surveys, SMS feedback, and remote data collection for programmes reaching approximately 1,500 households. In addition, my consulting and research experience includes market and supply-chain research, circular economy and used lead-acid battery initiatives, legal and regulatory analysis, and English–Khmer translation and interpretation.
My professional interests include international law, public policy, governance and institutional reform, sustainable and inclusive development, ESG, digital innovation, access to justice, human rights, and evidence-based policymaking. I am particularly interested in opportunities where legal expertise, research, analytical thinking, and development perspectives can contribute to meaningful organisational and social impact.
I hold a Bachelor of Laws from The University of Cambodia through an English-based programme, with additional training in international law and translation and interpretation. I am open to international, regional, and remote opportunities in legal research, policy analysis, consulting, governance, compliance, development research, and research support.
