I’m a Certified Scrum Master (PSM I) working at the intersection of Agile delivery and organizational transformation. I joined Nugios Systems at the start of its company-wide Agile transformation and progressed from founding Scrum Master to Tribe Lead.
As a Tribe Lead, I coached and supported 5 Scrum Masters to raise consistency of Agile practice across teams. I also owned company-wide ClickUp administration to standardize workspace structure and delivery tracking, and served as GitLab Owner for organizational documentation to maintain a single trusted source of truth.
I combine hands-on delivery impact—like increasing one team’s velocity by 25%—with a technical foundation in React, Next.js, and AI automation. I’m now part-time focused on organizational diagnostics, client-facing materials, and coaching teams to turn recommendations into practice.
