Ntombi Mickey Chauke

I am Ntombi Mickey Chauke, a dedicated and ambitious graduate from the University of Pretoria, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Information Science. My academic journey from 2019 to 2021 was marked by a strong interest in leveraging technology to enhance information accessibility and improve organizational efficiency.

Currently, I serve as an ICT Specialist Graduate at Gautrain Management Agency, where I provide general IT support, maintain databases and applications, and ensure application security. My previous experience includes an internship at the University of Pretoria, where I managed calls and emails, and a role as a Library Assistant, where I honed my customer service skills. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills in challenging opportunities that allow me to make a meaningful impact.
