What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my developing ICT, database maintenance, system administration, and helpdesk support skills in a role where I can improve data accuracy and contribute to high-quality team outputs.

I've supported schools and public servants across the Western Cape through a high-volume helpdesk and dedicated technical support line at the Western Cape Education Department.

I manage system information, collect and capture operational data, and maintain database systems for tracking and analysis. I've also prepared project presentations, reports, research findings, and status updates to support senior staff and decision-making.

My administrative work includes organizing files, spreadsheets, and reports while managing multiple deadlines. I use Microsoft Office and Power BI for spreadsheet tracking, calendar synchronization, and accurate record management.

I'm currently studying toward a Diploma in ICT: Applications Development at Cape Peninsula University of Technology. My cashier experience has also strengthened my financial accuracy, customer service, transaction handling, and ability to adapt to new POS technologies.
