I've supported Penreach users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network connectivity issues while keeping computers ready for classes.
I install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, software, routers, switches, and wireless access points. I also provide first- and second-line support, assist with password resets and Microsoft Office issues, and manage IT equipment inventory.
My work includes Windows 10/11 support, system updates, backups, antivirus management, remote desktop support, and CCTV troubleshooting across IP and analogue systems.
