In customer support and digital marketing, I assist customers through chat, email, and phone, ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries and high customer satisfaction. I handle issues with empathy and clear problem-solving communication, while also creating and managing online content for social media and marketing campaigns.

I also bring creative and digital production experience from working as a commercial graphic designer and digital marketing professional. I create promotional materials like banners, posters, and digital ads aligned with marketing strategies, and support online marketing activities including audience engagement and campaign optimization.

Before that, I built a solid technical foundation as an IT technician and network technician intern. I diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, install and maintain systems and office applications, and support network installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and stable connectivity under supervision.
