I'm looking to lead observability product strategy, connecting monitoring, incident management, and collaboration tools into guided workflows that help customers move from signals to root cause.

At Rakuten India, I own the observability vision and roadmap for web, Android, and iOS platforms, spanning metrics, logs, traces, multi-cloud environments, and guided incident workflows.

I've led observability roadmaps at Kyndryl for Tesco Bank, Western Union, Tesco HSC, and Wipro, translating customer and operational needs into monitoring capabilities, dashboards, alerting, platform governance, and adoption programs. My work has reduced application onboarding time by 40%, shortened project delivery timelines by 25%, and supported a SaaS migration that reduced infrastructure costs by 25%.

I bring together engineering, SRE, infrastructure, InfoSec, and application teams to standardize observability across tools including Datadog, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, Splunk, and OpenTelemetry. I'm focused on helping teams move from signal to root cause through connected monitoring, incident-management, and collaboration workflows.
