What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a dynamic role where I can contribute to global initiatives through language, tourism, customer service, and cross-cultural collaboration.

I'm currently supporting the CEO at MTS Globe in Hurghada, coordinating schedules, communications, hotel partners, business reporting, and internal initiatives.

I conduct quality audits for partner hotels, manage customer feedback, and work with operational teams to improve service against luxury hospitality standards.

Previously, I directed hotel operations at Amarina for Hotel's Management, collaborating with property managers to strengthen guest experiences, service quality, cost efficiency, and profitability. At Alliance Travel Egypt, I created travel content, handled client inquiries, and coordinated visual social media campaigns.

My background also includes English customer support at Delivery Hero and translation and interpretation in diplomatic settings at the Arab League. I communicate across Arabic, English, and German and bring a strong interest in customer service, tourism, and cross-cultural collaboration.
