What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue supporting senior leadership and academic operations in an international, well-organised environment where I can improve processes, coordinate complex activities, and deliver high-quality service to diverse stakeholders.

I'm currently supporting senior academic leadership at the German University in Cairo, managing complex calendars, governance meetings, executive communications, conferences, official visits, and cross-departmental operations.

Previously, I managed branch operations at the International Examination Centre at AASTMT, overseeing procurement, budgets, HR administration, stakeholder enquiries, events, and administrative workflows. I also coordinated undergraduate and postgraduate examinations, Cambridge English programmes, academic records, and examination reporting.

My background also includes English instruction and Arabic–English translation, and I bring a strong commitment to confidential, efficient, inclusive academic administration.
