What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my communication, active listening, and problem-solving to support clients, resolve arrears issues, and achieve collection or sales targets within a team.

I’m a Debt Collector with experience in helping clients in arrears and supporting store operations through clear communication and a customer-first approach. I’ve built a track record of staying calm and consistent while working under pressure.

In my earlier roles, I worked as a Warehouse Packer at Digital planet, where I helped put products on the company’s system and packed them on the shelves. I also worked as a Sales Rep at Rage, helping customers with products in the store—always using active listening and problem solving to meet needs quickly.

Currently at DP Attorneys Inc, I focus on debt collection for clients in arrears. I bring teamwork, adaptability, and strong communication to every interaction, with the goal of improving outcomes through respectful, effective follow-up.
