I have an Honours degree in Urban & Regional Planning, with experience in both Urban planning and site acquisition. I have 5+ years experience in the telecommunications space, where I oversee the turn-key site acquisition, permitting and building process for Cellular masts for big network companies.
Apart from Town Planning and Telecommunications, I also have other interests that I would like to practice professionally in the short to medium term. I have a keen interest in the lifestyle, Fashion and Make Up industries and I hope that, with some formal training, I will gain more insight into how I can convert these interests into sustainable business ideas and activities.

I initially joined Afrovation to oversee the site acquisition process for our clients in KwaZulu-Natal, which has now expanded to the Gauteng, Free State & the North West provinces. I undertake various Town Planning and Management Services, including supplier, resource & employee management, direct client liaison, site surveys & dispute resolutions, permitting applications, lease negotiation.

My role at Huawei was to perform site surveys to obtain the optimum position for a cellular mast. I also undertook the preparation of Survey Reports, Building Plan Drawings, stakeholder & client liaison, lease negotiations, preparation and facilitation of Town Planning & other permitting applications in line with the relevant Municipal legislation as well as site completion surveys.

I worked as a Junior Town Planner who facilitated communication & liaison with different stakeholders within projects.
