I am a dedicated HR professional with a National Diploma in Human Resource Management and two years of hands-on experience in the HR field. My journey began with an in-service training program at the Department of Correctional Services, where I gained comprehensive exposure to various HR functions, including personnel management and employee relations. I pride myself on my ability to adapt quickly and work independently, which allowed me to contribute effectively to my team.

In addition to my HR experience, I have five years of experience as a receptionist at Beverly Corner Lodge. During my tenure, I implemented innovative communication strategies, such as establishing a company WhatsApp for 24/7 client engagement, which significantly improved customer service and booking efficiency. My strong organizational skills and attention to detail have consistently enhanced the guest experience, making me a valuable asset to any team.
