What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role supporting public safety operations where I can combine dispatch precision, EMS readiness, and detailed incident documentation. I want a fast-paced team that values compliance, clear communication, and continuous improvement.

I’m a Public Safety Dispatcher and EMT with a strong foundation in emergency medical response and dispatch operations. In high-stress environments, I monitor emergency and fire alarm systems, track residents and incidents, and dispatch ambulance or 911 services as needed—while enforcing regulations and coordinating timely responses.

I bring disciplined documentation and compliance to every shift, including initiating incident reporting and completing thorough incident reports using an online report system and CAD workflows. I also served as an EMT with more than 100 calls in 2021 and took on leadership responsibilities, strengthening my crisis communication, teamwork, and operational reliability.
