What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use my calm, clear communication and dispatch experience to support people during emergencies, while maintaining safe, accurate records and providing excellent customer service as part of a supportive team.

I’m a Public Safety Telecommunicator focused on answering emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching police/fire/medical services, and maintaining accurate records. I stay calm under pressure and provide clear communication and support to callers and first responders in fast-paced, high-stakes situations.

Before this, I worked as a self-employed nanny/babysitter, where I built trusted communication with parents, supported daily routines, and maintained a safe, engaging environment for children. I bring dependable teamwork, patience, attention to detail, and customer service skills, supported by CPR and First Aid certifications.
